This depends on the day of your function and if Bromley have a football fixture at home or away. 
 
Friday night hire is usually 5pm access to the function rooms and Saturday is 5pm if Bromley are away and 6pm if we have a home fixture. 

Yes you are more than welcome to do any decorating you like. The only thing we prohibit is confetti on tables. We also ask that you stick things on walls with blue tac rather than celotape.

No we have a fully licensed bar in both rooms so you are not permitted to bring in any alcohol. All drinks will need to be purchased from the bar. We do not offer corkage either. 

Last drinks are served at 12am with half an hour ‘drinking up time’ so we say exit for 12:30am. 

Yes we offer the option of a late license at an extra charge. Please speak to the events team re this. 

Yes you are more than welcome to supply DJs, photo booths, flower walls, sweet carts, professional dance floors and lots more. If you need any recommendations for these the events team will be happy to help. 

We do have the facilities for you to connect an iPod/laptop and play your own music.

Unfortunately we do not. We start at 21st birthday parties.

Yes you can. You can provide your own food however we do not have kitchen facilities for you to use. 

Yes we also cater for parties. Please speak to the events team for the menus.

Yes we have free parking.

Yes both rooms are accessible. 

Absolutely not! Just take away with you what you want and leave the rest to us.

We take half the hall hire on booking to secure your function date, this is non refundable. 

Yes we do. Bar staff and door security are provided for every function which is included in our hire rate.

The Playzone

30 minutes before the party start time. On some occasions you may be able to have earlier access at an extra charge, you will need to discuss this with the team. 

Usually we do 11am – 1pm or 2:30 – 4:30pm. However if you wanted a longer party this can be facilitated, just ask the events team. 

35 children is the maximum

Only children age 7 and under.

Yes we do. You can connect your phone via bluetooth. 

Absolutely! If you need help with this please speak to the events team who have many recommendations!

Yes we do provide food please speak to the events team for menu options. You can also provide your own food however the hire price will slightly increase. We also do not have any kitchen facilities for you to use.

If you have our food we provide all cups, plates, napkins for this. If you have a set theme you are more than welcome to bring in your own.

No unfortunately you can’t. You can pre order alcohol from us or alternatively a bar at the club will be open (from 12pm) your guests can purchase drinks from the bar and bring them to The PlayZone. 

Yes we can do at an extra charge. Please ask the events team.

Yes you can. You will need to provide the plates/bowls for this. Alternatively we can provide sandwich platters. 

Yes you can! Just no confetti on the tables.
